Literature Text

See that girl alone in the cold darkness?
A single tear falls down her face,
Her baby blues are lowered in shame.
That girl is no more than a small child.

She is frightened of what the feuture holds,
She cannot see clearly.
Behind a wall made of cement and stone,
She keeps herself hidden away.
No one will know.

She keeps up with the play,
She is buffered from the world.
It's the mask she will show.

Will she ever be held and told that she is loved?
Will the darkness ever be shrouded by a greater light?
Will she break down her confines?

Only time will tell,
Zoom out and see a full picture.
Where is that little girl?

She resides inside the shell of a sixteen year old,
Controlling her every move,
Everything to gain and all the more to prove.
ummmmmmm....

idk, this one is defianately very special to me i think....
